Pure natural New Zealand Honey.
Medium Flavour.  Minimum of 45% Rata Pollen.
Most Rata honey comes from the West Coast of the South Island.  It has a buttery vanilla flavour similar to clover but with a slightly sharper bite.  Excellent in desserts.
