Do you sell wholesale?
We do sell at discounted rates for larger quantity purchases. We ask that you send us a list of products you are interested in, so that we can send you a discounted price list with the most currant prices. Shipping is charged to you, the customer. We ship via FedEx. |

What do I do when I get the "Out of Stock" message?
When "Out of Stock" appears next to the item in the shopping cart, then this means either: A. The quantity selected is not available. SOLUTION: Change the quantity in the Quantity box to a lower number, until the "Out of Stock" message does not display. B. The product may be completely out of stock. SOLUTION: Remove the product from the shopping cart by checking the Remove box on the left of the item and then select the update button. |

How do I track my order?
To track your order, click on the Order Tracking link, which is located on the bottom of the page under the customer service column. Enter the tracking number that was sent to you in the email. The best way is to copy the number from the email and paste it in the box. Note: there may not be any information for a package even if you were sent the tracking number via email because the package has not physically been shipped, so try back at a later time. |

How do you ship perishables?
We ship perishable items wrapped with ice gel packs to preserve them for up to 48 hours (depending on weather conditions), after which they are subject to unfavorable conditions, especially during the summer season. FedEx may deliver to certain states in 1-2 business days; hence using this option may be acceptable. In any other state, you must use 2-day Air or Next Day option to guarantee safe delivery. If you have multiple shipments, we recommend that you separate Perishable and Non-Perishable items into two separate orders in order to minimize your shipping expenses. We make adjustments on shipment dates to avoid weekend delays when perishables are present. While this may delay your order, we do this to protect your order. Parthenonfoods.com will not accept responsibility for damages to perishable items under any condition. |
