  1. We will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to ship us your video(s)
  2. Once we receive your video(s), we will perform the service requested.
  3. We then ship your new serviced video(s) and original video(s) back to you.
It is a fast and easy process to convert and or copy your video from the available options listed below.

The price for each conversion or copy is for 1 tape or DVD regardless of the number of hours recorded.

If you need the same service performed for the same video multiple times, simply update the quantity for that item, after you add it to your shopping cart.

All tapes are converted in total privacy. We return all the original media back to you with your converted video.
We do not combine or edit video.

For DVD copies: Your DVD player must be able to play finalized DVD-R discs.

Please note that we only convert and copy non copyrighted material.  Copyrighted items sent to us will be sent back at the customers expense.  * We do not convert film reels.

NOTE: NTSC is the format used in the USA and PAL is the format used in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia etc.
