Of the many recipes Nonna Maria brought with her from the Old Country, her homemade pasta sauce is by far the Family favorite! Made with baby portabella mushrooms and roasted red peppers, this pasta sauce contains CHUNKS of ingredients that can truly be appreciated with or without pasta!  Excellent when served over cut pastas, such as penne or rigatoni. Whether cooking Sunday dinner for the entire family, putting together a quick meal, or making a late-night snack, this sauce will always satisfy. Refrigerate after opening.
