The country style dough, also called Horiatiko, is thicker than standard fillo dough, which may make it more forgiving for you when you roll and layer with it.

It is often used for desserts like baklava, appetizers and main courses. This box contains 14"x18" sheets of fillo pastry dough made with very little fat, NO CHOLESTEROL and NO TRANS FAT.
