Kopriva, Nettle Tea, Loose (Bilje Borca) - 50g

Nettle leaves contain organic acids, free amines, flavonoids, carotenoids, tannins, coumarin, glucoquinine, and vitamins C and K. Nettle leaves help with excessive bleeding (hemorrhoids, menstruation), reduce blood glucose levels, and act as a diuretic (increasing the excretion of urine). Traditionally, in folklore, nettle leaves help to 'cleanse the blood', and they also help with arthritis and rheumatism. 
When used externally, nettle leaf tincture stimulates hair growth.
