Small Tulumba Pastry with Syrup (Sunday) 500g
Small Tulumba Pastry with Syrup (Sunday) - 500g
This is a fried pastry that is traditionally eaten in the Balkans and some parts of the middle-east, most notably Turkey. Tulumba means "pump", and it is so called because the dough is "pumped" out of a piping bag and through a star nozzle to shape each piece. Once the dough is fried, it is soaked in a sweet syrup. A little crunchy outside, quite juicy inside, these pastries are heavenly mini delights!
Each package contains approximately 12 pieces.
