Winter Salami is produced according to a centuries-old tradition. It has a mild taste, a firmer texture, and finer granulation. Made from pork, beef and special spices, it’s cured in cold air and slowly smoked. On the surface of the casing, a unique noble mold forms during the dry ripening process.
Ingredients: PORK, BEEF, SALT, SUGAR, SPICE, BROWN SUGAR, SODIUM NITRITE, LACTIC ACID STARTER CULTURE, ASCORBIC ACID. STUFFED IN COLLAGEN CASING.
