Also called Greek Lasagna, Pastitsio is prepared with macaroni, ground beef, traditional Greek seasonings and a creamy custard bechamel sauce. Pastichio comes pre-cooked and ready-to-heat and serve.
The tray measures 12 x 10.5 x 2.5 inches. Approximately 12 servings.

Cooking Instructions:
Cook from frozen with oven lid attached.
CONVECTION OVEN: Bake at 325°F for 85 min. Remove lid the last 15 min. to brown the top.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Bake at 350°F for 95 min. Remove lid the last 20 min. to brown the top.
May be held hot on a steam table for 2 hours.
