This traditional potato dumpling is an excellent product to have in the pantry because it is quick cooking, shelf stable and easy to prepare. The tiny round dumpling is a typical initial course served inside Italian cuisine. It pairs perfectly with virtually any sauce plus it can be served an appetizer or leading course. Top with olive oil, sauce, then serve with Parmesan. All-natural, no trans fat.
