If you desire the taste of traditional Greek spinach swirls without the fuss, then these are for you. Made with homemade phyllo, fresh spinach, feta and ricotta cheese, the swirls are just as tasty as those that yiayia makes! Simply bake in the oven on a cookie sheet, and enjoy! Each package contains (6) swirls, and each swirl is 4 inches in diameter.

Ingredients:

Pastry: unbleached wheat flour, filtered water, canola oil, olive oil, non-hydrogenated vegetable shortening (palm oil, canola oil), sugar, sea salt, yeast, corn starch.

Filling: spinach, ricotta cheese (pasteurized whey, pasteurized cow's milk, citric acid, salt), feta cheese (pasteurized cow's milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme, calcium chloride), onions, canola oil, durum semolina, sea salt, dill, pepper.

Contains milk, wheat and gluten.

Baking Instructions:

In a conventional oven, bake frozen.

1. Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
2. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Allow to cool then cut and serve.
