Chili powders differ from chili pepper blends in that they have been blended with spices as well. The addition of cumin, garlic, onion and other spices make this blend perfect for not only chili, but also anything with a Southwestern flavor.

Ingredients: salt, chili pepper, ground cumin, ground oregano, onion powder, spanish paprika.

Dark Chili Powder - Great Stuff!

This chili powder is of very high quality -- fresh, rich aroma, hearty flavor. It serves to remind what miserable blends are often available through usual grocery store stock. This more closely resembles what you could achieve if you were growing, drying, and grinding your own.
