Kasseri is a medium-hard pale yellow cheese made from unpasteurized sheep's milk. This cheese has a pale yellow rind that's thin, smooth and glossy, and its pale yellow interior is smooth and elastic. Excellent when served as an appetizer, in hot dishes or on salads. Kasseri is well known as the cheese used in the Greek dish called saganaki. The cheese is sautéed in butter, flavored with lemon juice and flamed with brandy. Keep refrigerated.
Aged 60 days or more. (Kaseri)

Great tasting cheese

The best Kasseri of all of them
Yes the a 10 pound wheel is big, but I cut it into 10 one pound wedges and vacuum seal each one separately and store in the refrigerator. We finish consuming all of it in about nine months. Never a problem with any of it spoiling.
Fantastic Kasseri Cheese!
This Kasseri Cheese is simply outstanding! The flavor and texture is fantastic. We use it primarily as a grating cheese on top of pizzas, pasta and vegetables. It also tastes great melted in pocket bread with a bit of ketchup. Thank you for producing such a high quality product for us to enjoy!
Too large
the cheese was excellent but why is it sold in such a large wheel. It is very hard to cut up. It use to be sold in wedges.
