Nice salami, not too spicy, just right. Goes well with some Armenian string cheese, crackers, and olives or grapes for a nice lunch.

We were a little uncertain since the product packaging has changed. (for the better) No more mold wrapping but vacuum packed and also vacuumed sealed in plastic. Tasted the same and very fresh. I wish they were dated like the older product, since items can get misplaced in warehouses. The prices were much better with the new product.
