Raisin with Walnuts, Cevizli Sucuk (Sera) - approximate weight: 0.25 lb.

Civizli sucuk is a traditional, candle-shaped candy originating from the Caucasus region. Its main ingredients are grape must, walnuts, and flour.  Raisins and walnuts are threaded onto a string and dipped into grape juice thickened with flour or other fruit juices until the nuts are covered completely. This process is repeated several times until it has the desired thickness and left to dry in the sun for 5-6 days.
